How long does a custom order take?
Most furniture is ready in 2 to 3 weeks depending on the piece — we'll give you a clear timeline when you place your order.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes, we deliver and set up across Kolkata, Hooghly and Howrah.
Do you work on-site at our space, or only in your workshop?
Yes, we work at your space as well if needed — especially for fitted work like modular kitchens, wardrobes and built-in furniture. For other pieces, we build in our Uttarpara workshop and deliver and install at your home, shop, office or hotel.
Can I see the workshop before ordering?
Yes — visit us at 34, Amarnath Road, Near Uttarpara Station, Opposite We Care Hospital, Hooghly.
Do you take advance payment?
Yes — we ask for 60% upfront to begin work, with the rest due once your furniture is completed and delivered. This helps us source quality materials and get started right away.
What if I don't have exact measurements?
No problem — we can visit and measure, or guide you over a call.
